Heres what youll take ownership for: • Train, coach, counsel & manage personnel in all daily aspects relevant to driving sales and running the business, • Analyze, track and measure monthly business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives, • Ensure store is running like a well-oiled machine each and every day while planning for the future, • Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards of the store, per merchandising manager directives, • Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring, and enthusiastic on-brand client experience, • Direct the receiving & shipping of product for the storeWho is this position for?
