The Role The Alternative Investments Brokerage Operations role is responsible for processing distributions accurately on behalf of our clients and in a timely manner to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Alternative Investment Associate is a critical member of the OSG organization. In this role you will be on the phone taking approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily from clients roughly 95% of the day dealing with a range of issues for our customers. The associate will be managing multiple client requests/issues that must be completed within a tight timeframe. The associate will be responsible for monitoring customer adherence to internal guidelines in addition to building and maintaining strong relationships all while providing a superior level of customer service. In this position, the associate will be responsible for having the technical expertise to respond to inquiries on a variety of alternative investment issues. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to support CoreWeave's continued expansion across the United States and broader Americas region. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing data center site opportunities, ensuring deals progress efficiently from early market screening through lease execution and delivery readiness. Americas Site Identification & Evaluation • Lead site-level due diligence including power and utility capacity, substation access, utility timelines, fiber availability, zoning, permitting, environmental considerations, and constructability., • Gather, review, and validate inputs from landlords, utilities, brokers, consultants, and municipalities., • Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring in partnership with Real Estate and Legal., • Track deal progression, milestones, and deliverables from LOI through execution., • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and status updates in Salesforce and internal tracking systems., • Monitor deal health, proactively flag risks or delays, and ensure data integrity across the Americas pipeline., • Serve as the primary site-level point of coordination across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Networking, Finance, Legal, and Operations., • Support clean handoff from site selection into delivery, buildout, and operations phases., • Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, utilities, consultants, and development partners across U.S. and Americas markets., • Evaluate inbound site opportunities and ensure consistent screening against CoreWeave standards.
