The Wound Care NP will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, and surgical wounds. This role includes advanced assessment, diagnosis, procedural treatment, and follow-up care, while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
