Job Description Under the supervision of IT Manager, configure, install, and troubleshoot workstations and printers; resolve hardware/software problems; train staff and providers how to use applications. Travel to branch locations to handle assigned tasks as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • The ability to travel to various clinic locations, • Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance required., • Some experience with Internet, E-mail, and PC’s preferred., • Ability to safely lift, move; carry computer related equipment and supplies such as printers, computer monitors, and computer paper with weights up to 75 pounds., • Excellent phone communication and problem solving skills, • Helpdesk, trouble-shooting experience., • High School Diploma OR GED required.
