Job Description RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our Residential Department. This is a hybrid position, and in the role, the Case Manager will be reporting directly to the program supervisor. Job Function: Provide case management services, housing supports, and coordination of services to people with psychiatric disabilities living in scattered apartment settings. Qualifications: High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in mental health. BA in Human Services and 1 year of experience preferred. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales., • Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily., • Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process., • Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners., • Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials., • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows., • Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed., • Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.
