Job Description High-volume, event-driven beerhall and German-inspired restaurant concept featuring traditional cuisine, expansive beer offerings, and large-scale festivals, live entertainment, and private events. The environment is energetic, communal, and built around driving guest traffic through programming and experiences. The Beerhall Manager is a hands-on, sales-driven leader responsible for overseeing daily operations while actively growing the business. This role goes beyond traditional management—owning revenue generation, event programming, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, event-heavy environment and can drive both operations and innovation. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Business Development • Drive sales through promotions, upselling strategies, and new revenue streams, • Develop and execute seasonal events, festivals, and themed programming, • Identify slow periods and create initiatives to increase traffic and revenue, • Own full lifecycle of events: planning, staffing, execution, and follow-up, • Build a year-round calendar to sustain consistent guest flow, • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, sales-focused team, • Coach staff on upselling, product knowledge, and guest engagement, • Maintain strong, visible presence on the floor, • Ensure high-energy, memorable guest experiences, • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and labor management, • Manage inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards, • Partner with marketing on promotions and social media content, • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups, • Drive awareness through creative campaigns and partnerships Qualifications • 3–5+ years of management experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, or event-driven venues, • Proven ability to drive sales and execute large-scale events, • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, • Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) and reservation platforms (SevenRooms a plus), • Hands-on operator comfortable working service, bar, and events, • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams (restaurant, events, catering) Working Environment • High-volume, fast-paced, and event-driven setting, • Requires nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours (50+ hours/week), • Physically active role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, long shifts) Company DescriptionThe Restaurant Zone is a leading hospitality recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier talent with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups across the United States.
