This can be in collaboration with our Patient Coordinators., • Help patients understand their dental insurance benefits (ortho specific) and their potential out of pocket costs associated with the dental care they want or need. Review with Patient Coordinators our patients financial responsibility based on any Insurance pre-determinations. You will essentially be mentoring our Patient Coordinators in developing a greater sense of Ortho Insurance Billing., • Monitor Pre-determinations sent to Patient's Insurance companies. Keeping an eye on their timely return to move forward with patient's care.
