The Role: The Sr. Engineer, Solutions Design is responsible for applying analytical, modeling and problem-solving skills for the design and delivery of innovative, customer-centric cold storage and warehouse and truck/parcel transportation solutions. This role plays a critical part in translating client requirements into scalable operating models, facility layouts, transportation networks, and technology-enabled solutions. The Sr Engineer partners closely with Sales, Operations, and clients to analyze tenders, develop proposals, support implementations, and provide customer-specific support during ‘run’ operations that are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical depth, quantitative and Excel expertise, operational engineering expertise, project coordination, technical problem solving, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
