The CMO is expected to bring these areas together into one coordinated function that supports the Company’s commercial objectives and presents INNOVA consistently across every market and customer touchpoint.\nThe Graphics and Design teams, the Director of Strategic Events, and any additional marketing resources will report to the CMO. The CMO will determine the appropriate structure of the department, identify where additional capabilities are required, and recruit or engage designers, marketers, agencies, and other resources as approved by the Company.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing Strategy and Commercial Alignment\n● Develop and lead a global marketing strategy aligned with INNOVA’s growth plans, sales priorities, product strategy, and target markets.\n● Translate the Company’s commercial objectives into clear marketing priorities, campaigns, budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.\n● Work closely with the how marketing investment contributes to qualified leads, sales opportunities, pipeline, market penetration, and revenue.\n● Regularly assess the effectiveness of the Company’s marketing activity and redirect resources where results do not justify the investment.\nBrand Positioning and Brand Book\n● Define INNOVA’s global brand position and ensure the market clearly understands who INNOVA is, what it offers, the problems its products solve, and what differentiates the Company.\n● Develop and implement a complete brand book covering brand positioning, key messages, visual identity, tone of voice, terminology, product presentation, imagery, and design standards.\n● Create a clear and unified brand language that can be used consistently across the United States, Canada, Italy, Israel, and any additional markets.\n● Ensure the brand is applied consistently across websites, brochures, presentations, social media, events, showrooms, product launches, sales materials, and customer communications.\n● Establish and oversee brand governance for INNOVA’s external representative firms, providing the approved messaging, templates, materials, training, and ongoing support they need to represent the Company effectively, while ensuring compliance with INNOVA’s brand standards across all markets.\n● Establish a practical approval process so that external materials are accurate, current, and consistent without unnecessarily delaying execution.\nBrochures, Presentations and Company Templates\n● Take ownership of the quality, structure, and consistency of INNOVA’s corporate and explain INNOVA’s products and technical advantages clearly while maintaining a premium and design-led presentation.\n● Review and improve the Company’s corporate, sales, product, and event presentations, including both their content and visual delivery.\n● Develop professional, consistent templates for presentations, proposals, reports, product launches, case studies, event materials, and other recurring Company communications.\n● Establish and maintain a controlled library of current, approved materials so that teams are not using outdated information or inconsistent templates.\n● Coordinate with the appropriate technical and commercial teams to verify product claims, specifications, messaging, and supporting information before materials are released.\nWebsite and Digital Presence\n● Lead the strategy, development, launch, and ongoing management of the INNOVA international website.\n● Ensure the website provides a clear explanation of the Company, its products, its capabilities, and its global operations.\n● Establish the appropriate structure for global and regional content while maintaining one consistent brand and message.\n● Ensure website content remains website performance and use the data to prioritize ongoing improvements.\nSocial Media and Content\n● Develop a clear social media and content strategy tied to the Company’s brand and commercial priorities.\n● Establish and manage a complete content calendar covering social media posts, product content, campaigns, photography, video, Company news, events, customer stories, and thought leadership.\n● Ensure that the team consistently plans, produces, approves, and publishes the required posts and supporting materials.\n● Set clear standards for subject matter, messaging, design, frequency, and quality across each platform.\n● Measure reach, engagement, qualified website traffic, inquiries, and other relevant outcomes rather than evaluating performance solely by the volume of content produced.\nEvents and Trade Shows\n● Lead the marketing strategy for trade shows, customer events, industry events, product launches, and Company activations.\n● Work with the Director of Strategic Events and the relevant departments to determine which events the Company should participate in and why.\n● Require each proposed event to have a defined business objective, target audience, budget, ownership, deliverables, and method for measuring results.\n● Oversee the complete brand presentation for each event, including booth design, messaging, brochures, presentations, digital content, promotional materials, and customer experience.\n● Coordinate with Sales to establish pre-event outreach, lead capture, ownership of follow-up, and post-event reporting.\n● Measure event performance against agreed KPIs, including the quality of customer engagement, leads generated, pipeline created, cost, and return on investment.\nCampaigns and Sales Enablement\n● Develop coordinated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, priority markets, customer acquisition, and Company growth.\n● Ensure Sales has the presentations, brochures, case studies, proposal materials, digital assets, and product information needed to represent INNOVA effectively.\n● Create a clear process for requesting, prioritizing, producing, approving, and updating sales and marketing materials.\n● Work with Sales leadership to identify gaps in messaging or materials and address them based on commercial priority.\n● Track campaign performance from initial engagement through qualified opportunity and, where possible, revenue contribution.\nCreative Leadership and Team Development\n● Set the creative direction and quality standard for all marketing and brand work.\n● Lead the Graphics and Design teams and ensure resources are assigned according to Company priorities.\n● Provide clear briefs, direction, deadlines, and feedback, and ensure work is completed to the required standard.\n● multiple priorities without compromising quality, accuracy, or delivery.\nBudget, Reporting and Accountability\n● Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget for approval by the Company.\n● Establish KPIs for each major campaign, event, platform, and marketing investment before work begins.\n● Provide the CEO with regular reporting on progress, spending, results, risks, and required decisions.\n● Ensure marketing activity is completed within approved budgets and agreed timelines.\n● Maintain clear accountability across the department and address gaps in performance or
