    Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to join our distribution team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to meeting productivity and quality standards. Available Shifts & Pay • 1st Shift: 6:00am or 6:50 AM – 5:30 PM — $17.00/hour Responsibilities • Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems., • Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing., • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping., • Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements., • Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed., • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming merchandise., • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment., • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies., • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals., • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required., • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus). Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly., • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift., • Basic math and reading skills., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Dependable attendance and punctuality., • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
