    As a Personal Assistant at Timeless Tale Events, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with event planning and organization, ensuring all details are meticulously attended to. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements., • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations., • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications., • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed., • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records. Requirements: • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills., • Strong written and verbal communication abilities., • Proficiency in office software, including word processors and spreadsheets., • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively., • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
