Job Description We're looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager to own and grow our most important enterprise relationships across North America. You'll be the most senior individual contributor on the US CS team, working with a focused book of our highest-ARR clients and setting the standard for how we deliver value at the enterprise level. The role Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you'll own a focused portfolio of our most strategic North American enterprise accounts — large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, significant ARR and high expectations. These are clients where the relationship matters as much as the product, and where the quality of CS work directly affects retention and revenue. You'll take full ownership of the commercial relationship, lead executive engagement and ensure clients see clear, measurable value from Ometria. This is a highly cross-functional role — you'll work closely with our North American Sales team on renewals and expansion, partner with customer and technical teams across the business to deliver for your clients, and have regular visibility with our founder and CEO on the performance and health of our most important accounts. You'll also be a go-to resource for the wider CS team — sharing your approach, contributing to how we build and refine our customer success practice, and helping more junior CSMs navigate complex account situations. What you'll be doing Retain your customers, secure renewals and hit retention targets • Own the renewal cycle for your book of business end to end, identifying risks early and resolving them before they escalate, • Build and maintain a clear picture of customer sentiment across all stakeholders — from end users to C-suite — and take action when something is off, • Act as a vocal internal advocate for your customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly, • Own end-to-end commercial negotiations for renewals and expansions across a portfolio of high-value North American accounts, working within Ometria's pricing model, • Identify and close upsell opportunities that genuinely reflect value delivered, • Develop genuine relationships with CMOs, CTOs, CEOs and marketing and technology leads across large, multi-stakeholder enterprise organisations, • Maintain multi-threaded engagement plans that anticipate where senior conversations are needed and ensure the right Ometrians are involved, • Become an expert in both the Ometria platform and the ecommerce and retail marketing landscape, • Lead Business Reviews, strategic marketing assessments and account planning sessions that connect platform outcomes to your clients' business goals, • Share your methodology and experience with team members, contributing to playbooks, account approaches and how we raise the bar on CS practice at Ometria, • Step in to support complex or escalated situations across the wider team when needed, • Provide thoughtful input to CS leadership on how we continue to improve as the team grows About you • 7+ years of Customer Success experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation, with a proven track record of owning large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with significant ARR — ideally with exposure to retail, ecommerce or MarTech, • Executive presence — you're comfortable and credible in conversations with CMOs, CTOs and CEOs at major enterprise organisations, and you know how to adapt your approach depending on who's in the room, • Commercial sharpness — you spot risk and opportunity in account data, and you can navigate commercial conversations with confidence. Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Program Management to support our next phase of growth. We are executing a large-scale Oracle ERP and Workday HCM systems implementation and transformation, and need an exceptional Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Program Management to be the operational backbone of this program. You will bring structure, governance, and accountability to a complex, multi-workstream transformation — serving as the connection between Metropolis's senior business stakeholders and a large external consulting team. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who can design frameworks from scratch, lead difficult conversations, and drive delivery excellence across time zones. What you'll do • Use innovative processes, modern tools, and AI to build a PMO that accelerates and improves decision-making and reduces risk, • Build and operate the PMO from the ground up — governance structures, operating cadences, RAID logs, RACI matrices, dependency maps, integrated program plans, team on/offboarding, contractor invoicing and communications, • Own the master program timeline and performance tracking; enforce change control processes and apply Six Sigma/Lean principles to drive continuous improvement, • Lead cross-functional status meetings; hold internal teams and external consultants accountable to milestones and deliverables, • Actively manage workstream interdependencies, escalate blockers, and track program KPIs with full transparency to leadership, • Serve as the primary communication hub — synthesize program complexity into crisp executive dashboards, status updates, and board-ready presentations for C-suite and executive audiences, • Manage the day-to-day external consulting relationship: challenge quality, enforce contractual commitments, and ensure knowledge transfer reduces long-term dependency, • Maintain a robust risk register; apply root cause analysis to resolve issues before they hit the critical path, • Serve as the primary escalation point for cross-workstream conflicts, driving resolution with urgency and pragmatismWhat we're looking for, • 7+ years in program/project management; 2+ years leading a PMO on enterprise technology transformations, • Direct ERP and/or HCM implementation experience (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), • PMP certification and/or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred), • Proven track record designing governance frameworks and managing large external consulting teams across concurrent workstreams, • Exceptional executive communication skills — able to engage confidently with C-suite and executive stakeholders, • Comfortable leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zonesWhile not required, these are a plus:, • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies; PE- or VC-backed environments a plus Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience. Job Description This position will be part of the production team and will help to execute packaging artworks. All artwork executions are coordinated to maintain the integrity of the approved designs and themes. The production artist must thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects. The production artist performs digital page layout and brand extensions to approved design files using desktop software applications. Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed. Pre-flight and Organization of Incoming Jobs • Check customer supplied files when starting a new job, and compare it to the supplied hard copy for any differences and size conformity, • Ensure that job instructions are aligned to artwork supplied and/or referenced, • Verify colors used and check the resolution of any CT’s Production Art • Receive product definitions from sales, project managers or production managers, • Manipulate files to match customer specs, • Adjust art to meet minimum type and line thickness accordingly based on specifications for different types of printing and client requirements, • Assign color builds and Pantone ink swatches to art elements, • Apply art to printer supplied die drawing, • Files must be organized to follow defined job folder and server structure and properly prepared for achieving upon completion of project, • Output proofs as needed for internal checks and as specified on the order for customer review and approval Completed Job Quality Control Check • Check job to ensure accuracy of copy, content, color designations, and job data / labels if applicable, • Ensuring the accuracy of the final data deliverable such as, but not limited to, PDF, AI, EPS, FTP upload and CD upload, • Ensuring common elements are respected, • Responsible for ensuring that all required checklist(s) are completed accordingly and in full, with any errors found subsequently corrected, • Flag any errors or deviations from standard work procedures to the Production Manager/Supervisor Step into a creative production role where precision meets purpose.
