Job DescriptionTitle: HRIS Analyst (Junior)Duration: Full-TimeLocation: Fairfield, NJ (primarily on-site role as of Labor Day)Salary: $65K - $70KJOB DESCRIPTION:The HR Business Analyst is part of the core Human Resources team at CLIENT X and supports the global, national and regional HR function. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the development, coordination and maintenance of HR tools, systems and initiatives. Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment. Creativity, organization, self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team are critical to this role. Role requires a self-starter who has the ability to work cross-functionally. This position reports to the Sr. Manager HR Analytics, but will have day-to-day reporting to the HRIS function. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Work with HR team in various ongoing projects including Workday HRM product for HR Core, benefits, compensation, onboarding, absence management and time tracking, Performance and Talent, and recruiting., • Act as primary administrator of Workday system, providing Tier 1 support to functional teams for Workday HR applications, • Assist with managing the creation, maintenance and editing of ongoing system roles in Workday, • Act as a technical expert in integration/interface development and maintenance including gathering requirements and architecting solutions, • Consult with business and process owners to understand the business case for development requests, process improvements, new interfaces, and enhancements., • Assist with the controls and documentation in relation to the release, testing and implementation of any new functionality, or changes to current Workday configuration., • Assist with ad hoc reporting, report scheduling and the management of custom report security.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:, • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or Human Resources, • 2-5 years professional experience. Experience with Workday, Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS systems is required, • Able to manage a fast-paced environment; meet strict deadlines & handle multiple ongoing projects concurrently, • Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management, • Must be able to take initiative and work independently, • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills, • Expert-level Excel skills, • Excellent communication skills, ability to write and speak clearly, able to easily communicate complex ideas, • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users, • Strong critical thinking skills

Job Description Summary Conducts complex credit investigations and analyzes credit information pertaining to commercial loans in order to evaluate the credit worthiness of commercial clients. Prepares credit memorandum and packages for presentation to loan officers or committees. Provides guidance to credit analyst and assistance to loan officers as needed. Completes annual credit file reviews on existing loans in pipeline and assigns a risk rating. Participates in special projects and provides assistance to loan officers as requested. Job Responsibilities: Credit Analysis and Development • Develops and analyzes credit information for use by lending officers or committees in the making of lending decisions on new, renewal, or extension loans., • Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information., • Analyzes financial statements and related material., • Prepares credit memorandum and determines credit-worthiness., • Investigates all available sources of credit and financial information and reviews agency reports., • Using a financial statement spreading program, prepares stand alone and global debt service calculations to determine the ability of the borrower and guarantors to pay the loan., • Verifies that all financial covenants and conditions have been met., • Performs annual file reviews., • Studies cash flow trends, performs stress testing and industry analysis to assess if there are any areas of concern or if a grade change is necessary., • Accompanies loan officers on customer meetings and site visits., • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related field required;, • Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst;, • Working knowledge and understanding of commercial loan products, policies, procedures and federal regulations;, • Strong aptitude for figures and accuracy;, • Proven problem solving, decision making, underwriting and analytical skills;, • Demonstrated knowledge of applied accounting and finance concepts as well as proficiency in performing detailed financial analyses;, • Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently under time constraints;, • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with good organizational and time management skills;, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;, • Medical, Dental, Vision and Rx which are contributory., • Bonus programs., • Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP)., • Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (LTD&AD&D)., • Paid Time Off (PTO) which includes Personal and Vacation Time., • Paid Sick Time., • Bank Holidays.
