Job Description Purpose of Role: We are seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of Healthcare, Commercial Litigation, and White-Collar Defense experience, including experience as a medical board litigation attorney, preferably a former NJ Deputy Attorney General who prosecuted on behalf of professional boards, including the Board of Medical Examiners. A clerkship with the Supreme Court or Appellate Court is a plus. This role will join our established Health Care practice group representing medical professionals in professional liability/medical malpractice and employment lawsuits. This is an exciting position that offers a competitive compensation package, located in our Roseland, NJ office.
