Job Description Summary: The Sr. Commercial Closing Representative prepares Loan documentation for Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Commercial and Industrial, and Middle Market loans. Coordinates commercial loan closings for all three regions, North, Central, and South Jersey with Borrower, Legal (Borrower and in house) and Title Company. Book and Fund loans to the Bank’s Core System DNA. Process funding of loans as well as any costs and fees. Performs post-closing functions. Files required documents, UCC-1 (state and county) as well as Mortgage and Assignment of Leases and Rents with county and state authorities. Enters new loan file documentation into the bank’s document imaging system. Process Line of Credit renewals, business loan modifications, and construction conversions. In addition, this role trains and offers guidance to junior closing representatives and contributes to the overall success of the loan department.
