Care Management is a service that helps adults with chronic illnesses get and use the medical, social and community services they need to stay healthy. Care Coordinators help members figure out and take the actions needed to get and stay healthy-making it to appointments, sticking to a medication schedule, and access benefits. POSITION OVERVIEW: Care Coordinators link adults and children with chronic behavioral health and medical conditions to the services they need to stay as healthy as possible and inspire the people they serve (members) to use those services to optimize their health outcomes. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. S/he will work autonomously in partnership with the HR Director. Essential Functions: • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition; morale and training and development. • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. • Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Director of HR. • Data metrics, • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, ex. Anti-harassment training and Core Training. • Facilitates new hire orientation., • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, and employment law. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Description Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with HR Generalist experience to lead our bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now. While the primary responsibility of this role is accurate, end-to-end payroll execution, the position also supports broader HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ADP payroll experience is essential, as the role includes end-to-end payroll processing, auditing, and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Payroll Processing: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll using ADP, including team member data changes, deductions, and timekeeping review., • Team Member Onboarding: Assist the Recruiting Manager with the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation., • Benefits Administration: Assist team members with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions. Support open enrollment activities., • HR Compliance: Maintain team member records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
