Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day payroll function, including ADP Essential Timecard maintenance and WFN data integrity., • System validation of new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leave of absences., • Compile, validate, and prepare import pay data files for bi-weekly variable pay and payroll adjustments., • Participate in pre-and post-payroll auditing procedures and troubleshoot anomalies., • Assist in the quarterly and year-end reconciliation of tax deposits, annual fringe benefit reporting, and W-2 statements., • Manage the service ticketing system within defined service level agreements, providing research, resolution, product support, and excellent customer service., • Complete verification of employment inquiries and maintain unemployment notices and wage order requests in ADP Smart Compliance., • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting, producing reports for various stakeholders., • Ensure PTO setup and balances align with company policies, and administer payroll policies, practices, and procedures., • Support project initiatives related to process review and system enhancements., • Participate in audit processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual activities., • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of payroll experience., • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a multi-state environment using ADP products for 1,000+ employees, with 3-5 years preferred., • Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word., • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws., • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team., • Experience with multi-state payroll environments. Job DescriptionPosition Description: The position requires that you learn and completely understand all company policies, as well as state and federal laws relating to employers in the state of New Jersey. Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Represent mortgage servicer and investor clients in residential and commercial foreclosure, title and general real estate litigation, including consumer claims directly against the firm’s clients. This position includes, but is not limited to, making appearances in state and federal court for routine and contested hearings, reviewing incoming litigation and developing case strategy, drafting documents, conducting discovery, trials and evidentiary hearings, state and federal appeals, and settlement negotiations. Position may be in-office, hybrid or fully remote depending on the successful candidate’s overall qualifications. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and handle case load of contested foreclosures, defensive litigation and ancillary matters on behalf of mortgage servicers and investors., • Prosecute commercial foreclosures from start to finish., • Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents., • Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, discovery demands and responses., • Appear in court for settlement, case management conferences, motion arguments, trials, hearings and appeals., • Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of all client directives, including electronic communication through various online portals used by clients., • Collaborate with support staff for preparation and execution of documents to be signed by the client, filed with the court and/or for internal or client reporting purposes., • Research and analyze difficult client cases and collaborate with partners as to client advice and potential resolution., • Create matter budgets and seek fee approval from clients as per their requirements; track billable and non-billable time.
