Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner, • Perform patient registration and ensure all demographic, insurance, and consent documentation is complete and accurate, • Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments as applicable, • Accurately enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, • Answer incoming calls, route messages, and assist with appointment scheduling inquiries, • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow, • Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and waiting area, • Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned, • Fluent in English.
