YOUR ROLE: We're hiring a bright cross-channel Media Planner to manage day-to-day planning responsibilities. The Planner leans into the strategic media plan development and is responsible for being able to speak to the holistic plan narrative, including tactical details and campaign performance. Job Description Studio in a School (Studio) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative professional with an interest in arts administration to join our team as the Associate Program Manager, Teen Arts Internships Implementation. The Associate Program Manager works collaboratively to plan and implement a paid internship program for NYC public high school students focused on career readiness, college preparation, and arts engagement. The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of all Teen Arts Internship Programs, including supporting intern recruitment and selection activities, coordinating curriculum delivery and cultural excursions, and communication with key stakeholders. In the summer, the Associate Program Manager is responsible for supervising a team of mentors who serve as direct, intern-facing support staff. During the fall and spring, the Associate Program Manager oversees the execution of the Intern School Year Program, where selected summer interns continue with their internship position.
