Attention to detail is a requirement for this position! Also, time management skills and the ability to prioritize are “musts,” as many projects may be scheduled simultaneously and be in the production stage at the same time. If a problem arises, the Entry-Level Bindery Operator must be able to communicate the issue to the print production leaders.
