Job Description Job Description Lifeguard/Swim Lesson Instructor Job Overview The Lifeguard/Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants in the aquatic environment at Andrus. This dual role includes maintaining vigilant supervision of the pool area as a lifeguard and delivering high-quality swim lessons that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
