Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment is seeking a real estate investment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in addition to 3-5 years of experience, preferably within real estate investment banking, an institutional real estate fund or an institutionally backed sponsor, and most recently developing large scale mixed‐use projects. The professional will report to the Head of Real Estate and the CFO and will work in close coordination with revenue and corporate development groups to analyze and underwrite large-scale investment and development projects for the firm’s sports and entertainment venues and surrounding mixed-use buildings.
