Busy Personal Injury Law Office in Queens is looking for a Haitian Creole-speaking Intake / Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include: • Handling new client intake, • Communicating with clients and medical providers, • Following personal injury cases during the pre-suit process, • Obtaining medical records and other case documents, • Communicating with insurance companies, • Following up with clients regarding treatment and case status, • Maintaining organized case files Requirements: • Fluent in Haitian Creole & English, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and general office applications is required, • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases, • Personal injury/legal office experience preferred, but not required, • Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented 📍 Location: Bayside, NY 🕐 Full-Time Position
