Mission & Outcomes: The Field Install and Service Technician will complete installs, service Refill Stations, and conduct filter changes efficiently and correctly to create a brilliant customer experience. Strong professional customer service interaction is critical as this role interacts with many customers on a daily basis. Great Candidates: You will have at least 3 years of field maintenance experience; installing and servicing water filtration systems, coffee makers, or appliances. You feel comfortable with individual field tasks and are a strong communicator. You're highly organized and motivated and display excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities and Role: • Light plumbing work, • Installation of new Refill Stations, filter changes, and repairs at customer sites, • General service maintenance and cleaning of Refill Stations, • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines, • Fast-paced high-quality work ethic to ensure customer satisfaction, • 1-3 years of hands-on repair and maintenance experience with small equipment or appliances, • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more and be able to move heavier loads on a dolly (125 pounds), • Must have the ability to keep company vehicle in a safe location at home, • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record, • Experience working with water purification systems, and coffee or ice machines is a plus, • Great communicator, • Ability to work independently and occasionally with others, • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, • Ability to hustle and have a sense of urgency Our Commitment: FloWater believes we can perform at our best when we are able to be our authentic selves. Automation Technician will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, computer, and robotic systems. A successful candidate has a thorough knowledge in all automation related hardware, software, system components, configurations, functions, programming and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted daily operations continuity. Responsibilities • Monitor automation and robotic systems to ensure stable daily operations, • Act as the first point of contact for all automation system issues, • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on robots, charging stations, and related equipment, • Troubleshoot robot errors including navigation, communication, and hardware faults, • Diagnose and resolve charging station issues such as charging failures and power abnormalities, • Identify root causes and implement timely fixes to minimize system downtime, • Respond to and resolve automation service tickets; escalate issues to vendors as needed, • Inspect and maintain systems to ensure proper calibration, safety, and operational efficiency, • Troubleshoot and repair operational equipment including robots, picking carts, and picking/packing stations, • Robot Navigation Issues: Investigate and resolve instances where robots are unable to navigate properly within the designated area or encounter obstacles., • Report system quality issues and file reports as directed and required, • Assist team members with the specification, installation and modification of systems, • Work with team members and leadership on assigned projects, • Install, maintain and inspect to ensure systems are properly calibrated, • Provide system operation training on the assigned automation systems, • Other duties and special projects as assigned, • 3+ years field service experience, • Best-practice and professional knowledge of industrial maintenance and standards, • Practice safe work habits and abide by the safety rules. Adherence to the Company Safety Policies., • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)., • Knowledge and understanding of PLCs. i.e. inputs and outputs to and from devices., • Knowledge and understanding of power systems, Control Cabinet wiring and safety, Motors (DC and AC), Controllers, and Communications tools and equipment., • Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and electrical schematics., • Ability to learn and comprehend software programs to assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of systems., • Ability to use forklifts and personnel lifts (obtain and maintain certification and trainer status), • Knowledge of hot work and piping (preferred), • Strong oral and written communications, • 7AM - 3:30PM, • Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
