This role is onsite 5 days a week in Belleville, NJ Warehouse Operations Manager About the role The Warehouse Operations Manager will ensure the Belleville facility operates safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role will prioritize workplace safety, oversee inventory control, and manage on-time order fulfillment to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. Job Description The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center (AMC) in New York City is seeking a highly motivated, team-spirited veterinarian to join our Dentistry Service. You will not find a hospital that practices a higher level of medicine while fostering camaraderie and dedication to patient care like at AMC. Our team is led by two highly experienced dentists (including one who is board certified), one resident, and supported by a team of experienced technicians and assistants. The applicant must be board eligible or board certified in Dentistry and eligible for licensure in New York State. About Dentistry at AMC The dentistry suite has 4 workstations each equipped with Midmark Canis Major wet tables and VetPro5000 dental units. Each table has Berchold LED surgical lighting, Mindray anesthesia monitors, large high detail monitors above each table for radiographs, Bair Huggers and electrocautery units. We currently have three modalities for dental imaging including PS-2 direct #2 sensors, a ScanX Duo indirect scanner system with sizes 0-4 plates, and a VetCAT cone beam CT, along with access to the fully staffed radiology department's ultrasound, plain radiography, MRI and CT capability. The suite is also equipped with a Sirona X-Smart IQ handpiece and a lightspeed Elements motor and handpiece including the full complement of rotary files. The Dentistry Service is busy with a wide range of cases including maxillofacial trauma, orthodontics and oral surgical oncology. The AMC is currently undergoing a $100 million renovation and the new surgical floor will be equipped with an operatory appropriate for performing oral surgeries, opening in 2024. One of our biggest assets is our ability to collaborate with many specialty services, including 2.5 full time anesthesiologists, a large surgical support staff including a surgical oncologist, as well as the ancillary departments that help improve the quality of care. DESCRIPTION We're looking for a strategic and data-driven GTM Operations & Strategy Director to partner with the GTM team (Pre-Sale, Post Sale) as well as Finance, Product and Customer Support, to design, optimize, and execute our go-to-market engine. This role blends operational excellence with strategic data driven thinking to ensure our teams are aligned, productive, and hitting revenue targets. You will own key GTM initiatives — from capacity planning to process design, Quota and incentive design as well as leading the forecast approach ensuring decisions are based on data and grounded in scalable best practices. This role reports directly to the VP Revenue Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Data Insights • Identify, define and structure metric and data inputs that will help drive revenue generation in pre-sale as well as post sale, • Review, analyze and challenge data collected regarding the GTM operations, you raise and explore hypothesis to optimize GTM productivity, • Work closely with the data team to provide insights to GTM leaders., • Identify gaps in data collected and processes used by GTM, and collaborate with Pre-Sale and Post Sale Revenue Operations team members to drive changes to implement such processes changes., • Identify gaps in Pontera's product that impact GTM productivity, and work with the Product organization to drive removal of such gaps, • Analyze funnel metrics across the buyer journey to identify pipeline health levels, gaps and opportunities, • Lead the challenging of the forecasting model and process to drive improved, accurate and quick forecast process, • Collaborate with Finance, GTM Leadership and other Revenue Operations team members to challenge existing segmentation, and develop GTM strategy related to segmentation and channel strategy, • Translate high-level company strategy into actionable, measurable GTM plansREQUIREMENTS, • 8-10 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with GTM focus, • Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel/Sheets and proficient using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), • Experience with Salesforce CRM and GTM tools (Marketo, Gong, etc.)., • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment., • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal., • Strategic thinker who's also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute., • Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies, • High level of financial modeling and forecasting, • Familiarity with the wealth management industry - a plusWHAT WE OFFER, • Compensation: Annual Base Salary of $150,000-$170,000, • Opportunity: Have a major impact at a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the FinTech industry, • Team Culture: A collegial, collaborative, fun work environment with frequent team events, • Equity: All new hires are eligible for equity grant participation, • Healthcare: Comprehensive & affordable insurance benefits with a variety of plan options, • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match & employer-sponsored access to a retirement advisor, • Family Benefits: Paid parental leave & reimbursement program for family planning services (such as fertility treatments, adoption, or surrogacy, • Professional Development: Sponsored learning & development program (to cover classes, certifications, and more!), • Food Perks: Fully stocked kitchen & lunch reimbursement program
