Job Description The Part-time Facilities Coordinator will support day-to-day office operations by ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and maintains a high standard of organization and cleanliness. This individual will partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate maintenance, supplies, and overall office functionality. Key Responsibilities • Manage and track service requests, ensuring all facilities-related issues are addressed promptly, • Coordinate maintenance work, repairs, and general office upkeep with external vendors, • Assist with vendor relationships, including monitoring service performance and contract expectations, • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace essentials, • Support planning and logistics for internal meetings and events, including room setup and catering coordination, • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked, • Help maintain organized storage areas and reduce unnecessary clutter, • Assist with budget tracking related to facilities expenses and services, • Perform regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, • Coordinate workspace setup for new hires, desk moves, and employee transitions, • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, • Partner with internal teams such as IT, HR, and Operations to support office needs, • Prior experience in facilities coordination, office management, or workplace operations preferred, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Proactive and able to take initiative with minimal oversight, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredAdditional Details, • Part-time schedule, • Onsite role in a professional office environmentPerks, • Opportunity to work in a polished, professional setting, • Exposure to facilities and office operations within a corporate environment Addison Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
