Job Summary Juice Generation is seeking dedicated and passionate Produce Associates (Kitchen Prep) to join our team. Our Produce Associates prepare produce and keep the back-of-house clean and organized. They also assist at the front with ordering, cleaning, and refilling. Pay & Benefits: • $17 p/hr + tips, • Quarterly bonuses, • Low Cost Medical, Dental, and Vision, • 401k, • Commuter Benefits Tax Saving Account, • Product Discounts, • Employee meal Back-of-House Responsibilities: • Receive and organize produce and supply deliveries, • Prepares a variety of vegetables and fruits using a chef’s knife, • Properly rotates produce to follow “First-In First-Out” procedures, • Changes garbage and ties produce boxes, • Ensures the sanitation of the prep station and area according to Department of Health standards, • Understands and consistently complies with our standard preparation methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures, • Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to managers Front-of-House Responsibilities: • Prepares juices, smoothies, and acai bowls, • Refilling supplies, • Washing blenders, • Sweeping and mopping as necessary, • What we are looking for:, • Able to lift 50+ pounds consistently, • Strong knife skills and the ability to use a knife for extended periods of time, • Able to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods, as required to perform essential job functions, • Able to perform essential job functions when working under stress and in a fast-paced environment
