Job Description Curo Pet Care is seeking a seasoned operator from the veterinary, medical, or broader service industry to join our team as Regional Director of Operations for the New York Metro Area. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of our established hospitals, as well as support for opening and growing new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor facilities in the region. We are a team of successful entrepreneurs and doctors using our own capital to improve the veterinary industry. It’s our mission to partner with medical and management teams at the practices we acquire or start to provide the best, progressive, leading edge, compassionate care to our staff, patients and clients. You are a high-performing, multi-site operator with 7+ years of experience in veterinary, healthcare, or consumer services. You’ve led teams, managed P&Ls, and built strong systems across HR, finance, marketing, and operations. You thrive in high-autonomy environments and are motivated by the opportunity to help shape a region. A CVPM or similar credential is a plus, but not required.
