The Intensive Case Manager will navigate clients through the many complex systems called into action in service plans, such as behavioral health services, medical services, criminal justice, family court, and child protective services. The Intensive Case Manager will be a strong advocate who can provide ongoing support to clients with the police, prosecutors, housing, shelters, schools, public assistance, and other service providers. As a case manager, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families at risk of homelessness stay stably housed or relocate to stable housing.
