Job Description We are looking for a Beverage Bar Manager who will lead one of the most visible and experience-defining components of the brand. The in-store Beverage Bar is a central destination—offering thoughtfully crafted drinks and clean, nourishing offerings that reflect our brand's commitment to wellness, quality, and hospitality. This role blends operational leadership, menu development, team coaching, and elevated customer service. The Beverage Bar Manager sets the standard for execution, energy, and care—ensuring every drink, interaction, and detail contributes to a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES Beverage Bar Operations * Lead daily operations of the Beverage Bar, including staffing, scheduling, and floor leadership. * Ensure smooth, efficient service during all hours of operation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling bar environment aligned with Happier standards. * Uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Menu Development & Product Quality * Develop, execute, and maintain a wellness-forward beverage menu including smoothies, juices, tonics, elixirs, superfood lattes, and functional drinks. * Ensure all beverages are crafted using clean, high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. * Collaborate with produce, supplements, and culinary teams to source seasonal ingredients and create limited-time or cross-promotional offerings. * Continuously refine offerings based on seasonality, customer feedback, and performance. Team Leadership & Training * Hire, train, and coach Beverage Bar team members with a strong focus on product knowledge and hospitality. * Educate the team on ingredient sourcing, functional benefits, preparation techniques, and brand storytelling. * Foster a positive, wellness-driven team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and pride in work. * Provide clear expectations, feedback, and ongoing development. Inventory & Performance Management * Manage inventory levels, place timely orders, and minimize waste through thoughtful forecasting and rotation. * Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to improve offerings and operational efficiency. * Partner with store leadership to align performance goals with broader store priorities. Customer Experience * Be a visible, engaged presence behind the bar and on the floor. * Act as a trusted liaison for customers, ensuring a consistently thoughtful, high-quality service experience. * Handle customer feedback and concerns with warmth, professionalism, and care. EXPERIENCE * Prior experience managing a beverage program, café, juice bar, or hospitality-driven food service concept. * Strong understanding of wellness-focused ingredients, preparation techniques, and food safety standards. * Experience leading teams in a customer-facing, high-expectation environment. * Background in premium grocery, wellness retail, hospitality, or specialty food concepts strongly preferred.
