Job Description Established, high-volume scratch-kitchen restaurant is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and oversee daily back-of-house operations. The Sous Chef will play a key role in maintaining consistency, food quality, and safety standards while leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced service environments and takes pride in building a positive and professional kitchen culture.
