This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on technicians with experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing, fulfillment, print/mail, insertion, packaging, or related production environment. This is a 100% on-site role. Schedule Monday to Friday Off-Peak Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Peak Hours: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Overtime is available and paid at 1.5x after 40 hours. There is strong overtime potential in this role. Compensation Base Salary: $49,920 – $60,320.00 annually Overtime Eligible: Yes Bonus Eligible: Yes Benefits: Full benefits package, including healthcare Responsibilities • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment., • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to technical support calls promptly., • Maintain maximum equipment availability and reliability., • Read and interpret technical service bulletins, manuals, and troubleshooting documentation., • Develop troubleshooting plans and resolve production equipment problems., • Log all support calls, work time, and parts usage in the technician tracking system., • Install electrical wiring and controls for production-related equipment., • Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware related to production equipment., • Relocate production equipment and support installation of new equipment as required., • Track parts usage and provide input regarding inventory levels., • Support equipment maintenance records in accordance with OSHA and EPA requirements., • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment., • Assist and provide feedback regarding junior technicians when needed., • Contribute to a positive team environment and support production goals. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Technical or vocational education preferred., • 3+ years of experience in a production environment with hands-on equipment repair experience., • Experience operating, repairing, troubleshooting, or maintaining high-speed production equipment., • Experience with insertion platforms such as BlueCrest, Bowe, Buhrs, or similar equipment is preferred but not required., • Vendor or equipment repair certification preferred but not required., • Ability to read technical manuals, service bulletins, and equipment documentation., • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills., • Basic electrical, wiring, controls, or computer hardware troubleshooting experience preferred., • Good oral and written communication skills., • Ability to take direction and work effectively under time constraints., • Ability to stand throughout the assigned shift., • Ability to lift, carry, and move 25+ lbs. during the shift. Ideal Candidate Background The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following environments: • High-speed production equipment, • Print/mail operations, • Fulfillment equipment, • Insertion or packaging equipment, • Manufacturing equipment maintenance, • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair, • Preventative maintenance, • Production equipment installation and support Candidate Requirements • 2+ to 5 years of related experience preferred, • Associate-level role, • No management experience required, • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent, • No travel required, • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder, • No visa sponsorship available Why Apply?
