Our Challenge: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong expertise in Appian to lead and manage process automation projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile methodologies, ensure successful project delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Appian solutions aligned with business objectives. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $115K - $125K/year & benefits (see below). Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Appian-based projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met., • Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives., • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project requirements and prioritize backlogs., • Remove impediments for Agile teams and foster an environment of continuous improvement., • Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, risks, and issues., • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and company standards., • Coordinate with Appian developers, business analysts, and other technical resources to design, develop, and implement Appian applications., • Monitor project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met., • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership., • Drive change management processes and ensure user adoption of new solutions., • Stay informed about Appian platform updates and emerging project management methodologies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field., • Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, preferably in software development and process automation., • Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM platform., • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent is highly desirable., • Demonstrated success in managing Agile projects and leading Scrum teams., • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment., • Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture is a plus.
