Job Description Position Description Under the supervision of the Managing Clinical Director, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Social Worker provides client assessments, including diagnosing, substance use counseling, mental health counseling, HIV education, and entitlement advocacy services to clients of the Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC). Qualifications: • A minimum of 7-10 years’ successful experience in the fields of: services to homeless people; clinical social work with medically frail, mentally ill, or at-risk populations; or in senior-level shelter administration.
