About the Role The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is responsible for designing engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that support our frontline and leadership teams across the NAYA system. This role owns the end-to-end design of training in our LMS, Opus, translating real-world restaurant operations into clear, accessible, and impactful learning. You'll partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operators, and People Culture leaders to build blended learning experiences---including eLearning, video, job aids, and assessments---rooted in adult learning best practices and designed for a diverse, frontline workforce. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative instructional design, strong technical execution, and a deep understanding of how adults learn on the job. What You'll Do Operational Instructional Design Content Creation • Design innovative, engaging learning experiences using eLearning, microlearning, blended learning, video, graphics, voiceovers, simulations, and job aids, • Apply modern instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, microlearning, scenario-based learning, blended learning) to meet diverse learning styles, • Translate complex operational and behavioral concepts into clear, learner-friendly content, • Source and/or create visuals, images, and media that elevate the learning experience and reflect the NAYA brand, • Review and refresh existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency Curriculum Design, LMS Management Collaboration • Conduct training needs assessments in partnership with operational and support center leaders, • Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable curricula aligned to business priorities and KPIs, • Partner with SMEs to develop learning that maximizes retention and on-the-job application, • Build, test, launch, and maintain courses in Opus, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and usability, • Manage LMS content including posting videos, animations, and images, • Drive LMS adoption and promote a culture of continuous learning, • Proactively update training as processes, systems, or standards evolve, • Troubleshoot LMS and course issues as needed Training Evaluation Effectiveness • Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, dashboards, and business metrics, • Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure alignment with operational and people goals, • Apply a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve content and impact Coaching, Support Field Connection • Draft and distribute communications announcing new or updated learning, • Support learners and stakeholders during launches and updates, • Visit restaurants to observe operations, validate training effectiveness, and gather feedback, • Act as a connector and influencer across teams to accelerate adoption and embed learning into daily work, • Champion a culture of growth, agility, and continuous learning About You Experience Skills • 3+ years of experience designing learning experiences (eLearning, video, classroom, blended learning), • Strong foundation in adult learning theory and frontline workforce training, • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Opus, Articulate 360, Storyline, • Proficiency with video tools such as Vyond and Camtasia, • Experience managing or working within a Learning Management System, • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, • Desire to learn and grow with our rapidly growing company Nice to Have (but not required) • Restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality experience, • Knowledge of food safety standards, QSR operations, or hospitality principles, • Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, HR, or related field, • Ability to read and write in Spanish How You Show Up • Collaborative, relationship-driven, and solution-oriented, • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, • Curious, creative, positive, and energized by building things from scratch, • Likes to have fun while being challenged every day

    About the role We’re looking for a creative, culturally fluent, and curious Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape how our clients show up across social platforms—especially Reddit—by developing thoughtful, engaging, and context-aware content strategies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to understand our clients’ products and audiences, and translate that knowledge into clear, actionable briefs and content strategies. You’ll ensure our content is accurate, on-brand, and also culturally relevant and platform-native. A key part of this role is understanding how different online communities think, speak, and engage. You should be highly familiar with Reddit (including subreddit dynamics, tone, and norms), as well as other major social platforms, and be able to adapt content strategies accordingly. You will also act as a subject matter expert across a subset of clients and industries, contributing to content ideation, reviewing drafts, and continuously refining strategy based on performance and cultural trends. You may occasionally join client calls to gather insights, share recommendations, and collaborate on new angles or campaigns. Most of our clients are U.S.-based, and while our team is global, our work is primarily aligned to Eastern Time. You can work from anywhere, but flexibility to support time-sensitive campaigns (e.g., major cultural or retail moments like the Super Bowl or Black Friday) is important. What you'll do • Develop and own content strategies tailored to specific platforms, with a strong emphasis on community-driven channels, • Review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables, • Stay on top of internet culture, trends, and conversations, and proactively apply insights to client strategies, • Identify opportunities to evolve content approaches based on performance, trends, and client goals Who we’re looking for • 2+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing, • Deep familiarity with Reddit (subreddit ecosystems, tone, engagement norms) and strong working knowledge of other major platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), • Native English speaker with strong North American cultural fluency and an intuitive understanding of tone, humor, and online discourse, • Naturally curious, with a broad range of interests and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and industries, • High sense of urgency and speed - we’re a growing startup and “done is better than perfect” is a constant refrain, • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice and audience awareness, • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible content, • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to detail and follow-through, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders, • Experience in agency, startup, or tech environments is a strong plus, • Background working across diverse industries including crypto, gaming, B2B SaaS, health/wellness, sports betting/predictive markets, or lifestyle
