As the Canvassing Manager, you will lead a door-to-door canvassing program that generates high-quality solar leads by educating homeowners about going solar with Brooklyn SolarWorks. You will recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to execute the strategy and represent Brooklyn SolarWorks in neighborhoods across NYC. You’ll own the program end-to-end, including defining the territory strategy, developing tools and marketing materials, selecting software and leading a high-performing field team.
