The representative will develop and execute a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater retention of preventative maintenance contracts, higher revenue per customer and ensure greater customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Director of Athletics, the Director of Sports Medicine / Head Athletic Trainer will be responsible for the overall management of athletic training room operations with oversight of sports medicine coverage for 20 NCAA Division III varsity sports.
