About the Role: Are you a patient-centered healthcare professional committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care to a diverse patient population? Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you key responsibilities will include: Clinical Care * Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan. * Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines. * Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals. * Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC). * Provide primary care services Collaboration & Coordination * Make appropriate internal and external referrals. * Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Quality & Professional Development * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. * Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education. Work Schedule: * Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM * Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM * Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation The salary range for this position will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. Additional differential of $10,000 annually for obtaining and maintaining Board Certifications in the areas of MDs and DO's - Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Adolescence Medicine.
