Summary of Responsibility: A Field Service Technician is a key member of the Customer Support Department and is primarily responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, solving and repair of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Lathe, Milling and Multi-Functional Machining Centers. What You Will Contribute: The CNC Field Service Technician must have or be willing to learn through training on the job and classroom an understanding of mechanical drawings, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, PLC ladder diagrams and testing equipment required to effectively diagnose and resolve issues with electrical/mechanical components, as well as electro-mechanical and machine control systems. • Daily travel from home to Customer facilities with occasional overnight hotel stays required when servicing remote Customer locations within the designated coverage territory or when participating in remote training programs., • Demonstrating a willingness to help others and be a team member, • Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, tackle, diagnose, and repair CNC equipment and accessory CNC equipment at customer facilities. Service calls also include operator training, networking between systems, software applications, preventive maintenance, major assembly replacements and alignments, overhauls/refurbishments, upgrades/retrofits, and un-installation services., • Provide a direct communication link between the Customer and the Service Group of the Robert E. Morris Company., • Provide voice of Customer feedback., • Through service and Customer relationships, build brand dedication., • Conduct travel and work in a safe manner, constantly learning new technology and soft skills., • Apply machine tool manuals, technical documents, as well as internal and external authorities to optimally diagnose and resolve CNC equipment issues., • Proficient verbal and written communication and Customer relation skills., • Able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with customer and co-workers., • Present a professional image., • Must be adaptable to changes and able to deal with change, delays, or general work-related issues., • Basic digital literacy and shown understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Must have, and/or be willing/capable of being trained to develop, electro-mechanical skills (motors, drives, transformers etc.)., • Knowledge of machine tool manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance & repair and/or a broad shop background – is a plus., • Basic mechanical and logical solving skills are a must. Overview: The Septic Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump septic tanks. This is the heart of our business, so this job is very important to us. Responsibilities: • Wash truck weekly- inside & out, • Complete paperwork -- pricing, locations, conditions, • Daily pre & post-trip -- (check fluids & tires). Overview: The Technician-NHLW Bulk driver operates tractors and vacuum trailers servicing municipal, industrial and commercial customers with non-hazardous bulk liquid transportation and disposal services. Execute local pick up and deliveries Monday through Friday, work some weekends but always be home for the end of the day! Responsibilities: • Transport sewerage sludge, industrial wastewater, groundwater and other non-hazardous bulk liquids from customer loading facilities to designated treatment facilities for disposal, • Transport sanitary wastewater and grease trap waste from company owned and operated transfer stations to designated treatment facilities for disposal., • Operate vehicle PTO (power take off) to run vehicle mounted rotary vein vacuum pump to safely load liquids onto vacuum trailer., • Safely drive vehicle on customer property, public roadways and treatment facilities by obeying all traffic and safely laws., • Deploy safety cones and take necessary precautions as required., • Work with company dispatchers, operations managers, safety personnel and customer contact to execute assigned work according to company work plan., • Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily and immediately report deficiencies to on duty supervisor., • Carefully review daily work assignment to insure instructions are clear and immediately report deficiencies or questions to on duty supervisor., • Wear company issued uniform, safety vest, steel-toed boots, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection and any other personal protective equipment as necessary., • Successfully interface with company issued tablet and associated applications including but not limited to those used for hours of service, taking photographs, updating work orders, etc., • Immediately report spills, accidents, injuries, changes in scope of work or any other instance that is beyond the normal course of duty., • Never leave the tractor and trailer unattended while loading and unloading., • Properly execute company work orders and disposal manifests by capturing all necessary dates, times, signatures, waste types and any other necessary information in order to properly execute the assigned work., • Attend regular safety meetings, gate checks, training and other mandatory meetings assigned by on site supervisor., • Follow additional instruction from supervisor as assigned. Vendor Managed Inventory Technician is the ambassador to the customers on their route. They evaluate the inventory position of the products being managed, establishing replenishment quantities based on established parameters. They also restocks products as needed during the same visit. In the process, the VMI Technician builds relationships with these customers and ensures they are satisfied and informed on all of the latest products and services available.
