Job Description JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to perform both physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate powered industrial trucks. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, comfortable using ERP/WMS systems, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments., • Stage and pack outbound shipments in accordance with site policies., • Execute ERP system transactions for shipping and receiving., • Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments., • Use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders., • Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts., • Handle and control hazardous materials for inbound and outbound shipments., • Comply with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations., • Complete required safety training and follow risk protocols., • Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)., • Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted., • Operate powered industrial trucks (WAV, order picker up to 35’, reach truck, dock stocker, powered pallet jacks)., • Create repair RMAs and manage shipment/receiving issues within repair systems., • Develop familiarity with products, processes, metrics, and software tools., • Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards., • Provide input for continuous improvement and process standardization., • Resolve basic problems under supervision and perform simple analysis., • Evaluate and maintain equipment; create expense orders for repair consumption., • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and external audits., • Effective communication skills., • Basic computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office., • Ability to use desktop systems and ERP/WMS tools., • Basic math skills; ability to read a ruler., • Fundamental reading and writing skills., • Warehouse environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels., • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting., • Exposure to conditions requiring PPE; potential for minor cuts or burns., • Work assignments are diversified, requiring comprehension and application of complex instructions.
