Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing, high-performing engineering team. You will work on a wide range of projects, including AI-enabled web applications, automation workflows, and complex integrations, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to our technical vision. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications, services, and automation workflows using modern technologies (.NET 9, EF Core, React, Next.js, Blazor, Azure, and AWS). * Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and generative AI to accelerate and enhance software delivery. * Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members, and foster best practices in engineering and security. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. * Contribute to architecture, planning, and strategy for new and existing projects, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and innovation. * Support and enhance both current and legacy systems, ensuring reliability and performance. * Participate in interviews and hiring decisions as part of a collaborative team process.
