Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot claims processing issues effectively. Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and claim statuses. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims and enhance service delivery. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding claim submissions and follow-ups. Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processing procedures and best practices. Required and preferred qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or claims processing preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and claims processing software. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
