Job DescriptionCNC Operator Location: Northeast Portland, OR Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour Job Overview We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing team in NE Portland. This role supports high-volume production in a modern facility and is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC experience who values quality, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC machinery for production runs, • Assist with tooling setup, calibration, and changeovers, • Ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances are met on large-run parts, • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with team members, • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements, • Utilize measuring tools to ensure quality standards are maintainedRequired Skills & Qualifications, • CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environment, • Basic understanding of quality standards and tolerances, • Experience using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.), • Strong safety mindset and adherence to Lockout/Tagout proceduresPreferred Qualifications, • Machining school or technical training (a plus), • Experience with advanced manufacturing processes, • Familiarity with GD&TShift & Work Environment, • Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, • Additional hours may be required on Friday or Saturday as needed, • State-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a positive, team-oriented culture, • On-site amenities include:, • Health center with nutrition classes, • Fully equipped gym, • Outdoor basketball and pickleball courts, • Competitive hourly pay, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Disability and life insurance, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Generous bonus plan, • Employee product discounts, • 401(k) eligibility upon hire with up to 5% company match and immediate vesting Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
