RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a consumer-obsessed, culturally attuned marketing leader with a strong passion for brand building, storytelling, and integrated marketing execution to be the Brand Director for Freixenet and Segura Viudas. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Brand Strategy & Consumer-Centric Marketing: • Lead the development and execution of long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans for Freixenet and Segura Viudas in the U.S., ensuring alignment with global brand direction while tailoring strategies to local consumer insights and market opportunities., • Champion a consumer-first approach, leveraging insights, analytics, and cultural trends to identify growth opportunities and shape compelling brand positioning., • Develop clear brand narratives and storytelling platforms that celebrate each brand’s heritage while connecting authentically with modern consumers and occasions., • Drive brand affinity and equity through authentic engagement, ensuring the brands connect deeply with key target consumers. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Leadership: • Oversee the development of fully integrated marketing plans, ensuring seamless execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, experiential, influencer partnerships, and PR., • Lead the development of culturally relevant marketing campaigns that deliver compelling storytelling and strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Portfolio & Innovation Marketing: • Partner with global teams to identify opportunities for innovation and product evolution that strengthen brand relevance and premiumization within the sparkling wine category., • Lead marketing strategy for new product launches, including positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market plans., • Manage ongoing packaging evolution, product renovations, and line extensions in response to consumer and category trends. Financial & Business Performance Management: • Manage brand marketing budgets, optimizing investments and ensuring strong marketing ROI., • Monitor brand health, campaign performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and areas for optimization., • Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen marketing effectiveness and brand growth. Cultural Leadership & Team Development: • Lead and develop a team of 1–4 direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance., • Provide mentorship and career development, ensuring talent pipelines are built for future growth., • Serve as a strategic partner across marketing, commercial, and global teams to ensure strong collaboration and alignment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred, • 7–10+ years of brand marketing experience in wine/spirits, premium CPG, or lifestyle industries., • Proven ability to lead and scale experiential marketing and brand partnerships., • Deep experience in brand strategy, planning, innovation, and campaign development., • Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing P&L and cross-functional collaboration., • Demonstrated passion for understanding the consumer and using insights to drive action., • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills., • High level of energy, curiosity, and creativity, must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment., • Passion for wine, food, culture, and Italian lifestyle a strong plus. Travel & Location: • Able to occasionally travel. Workplace Details: • Location: White Plains, NY 10601., • Schedule: Hybrid—three days in-office, two days remote., • Office hours: 9am to 5:30pm., • Commute: Just a 5-minute walk from the Metro-North Station, making it an easy and convenient ride to and from NYC.
