This position leads enterprise application strategy, execution, and support and serves as a trusted advisor and escalation point for application delivery and operational continuity. The ideal candidate is a strategic, business-oriented technology leader with strong executive presence deep ERP and enterprise systems experience, and a passion for building high performing teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Key Responsibility 1: Enterprise Application Strategy and Portfolio Leadership • Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork), Passionate Performance and promote teamwork at all times., • Define and execute the enterprise applications vision, product portfolio and multi- year roadmap in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and business leaders, • Evaluate, select and manage third-party and internally developed solutions to maximize business value, stability and time to value, • Monitor industry trend and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Pacific Seafood’s enterprise application ecosystem2. Key Responsibility 2: Business Partnership and Delivery Excellence, • Partner with operating company and central support leadership to capture business needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, prioritize initiatives, • Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise solutions from intake, business case and design through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support, • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for senior leaders regarding application delivery, risks and performance 3. Key Responsibility 3: Application Support and Operational Stability, • Build and lead a robust, tiered application support model, including Service Desk (L1), Incident Management (L2) and Problem Management (L3), • Establish clear protocols for ticket intake, prioritization, escalation, and resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery, • Ensure application stability, availability, and performance to support uninterrupted business operations 4. Key Responsibility 4: People Leadership, Financial Stewardship and Governance, • Lead, develop, and inspire cross- functional teams on business systems analysts and application support professionals, • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement and customer-centric service, • Oversee departmental budgets, forecast, and vender spend, optimizing costs while maximizing business value, • 15 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or Enterprise Applications, • Minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles at the Director level or equivalent, • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business, • Proven experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and support, • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise ERP platforms, • Deep understanding of financials, inventory, order management, pricing, costing, procurement, manufacturing, HCM, and CRM systems, • Experience partnering with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teamsPreferred, • MBA or advanced degree, • Experience in CPG, food processing, manufacturing, or distribution environments, • Experience with ERP modernization initiatives and cloud migrations, • Familiarity with Freshservice or comparable ITSM platforms, • Experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems (AS400) BenefitsTotal compensation: At Pacific Seafood your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
