JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring multiple positions across experience levelsfrom Mid-Level Estimators/Project Managers to Chief Estimator / Senior Project Manager roles. We are seeking experienced professionals in heavy civil construction to join our growing team. These roles involve preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and managing projects from concept through completion. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities • Estimating & Pre-Construction, • Review project plans, specifications, and supporting documents to fully understand project scope and requirements., • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop accurate estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs., • Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Excel to prepare and analyze project estimates., • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather required information and ensure estimate accuracy., • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and client presentations., • Monitor industry trends, construction methods, and material pricing to maintain competitive and accurate estimates., • Project Management & Construction Oversight, • Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish., • Develop project plans including scope, schedules, objectives, and resource allocation., • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations to identify project challenges and propose solutions., • Manage project budgets including cost tracking, procurement of materials and equipment, and financial forecasting., • Monitor project progress by evaluating productivity, expenses, and adherence to timelines., • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications., • Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution., • Identify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, or conflicts., • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies., • Work closely with design and engineering teams to review drawings and ensure alignment with project goals., • Experience in civil or heavy construction estimating and project management (Mid-Level to Chief Estimator level)., • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., • Strong analytical, mathematical, and cost analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail., • PTO, • Healthcare, • 401K Match
