Shift Hours: The Clinical Case Coordinator, PACC position is full-time working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job Description Job Title: Bilingual Night Court Representative Job Summary: CASES is a New York City agency at the forefront of the intersection between behavioral health and the criminal justice system. Our mission is to increase public safety through innovative services that reduce crime and incarceration, improve behavioral health, promote recovery and rehabilitation, and create opportunities for success in the community. The CASES Court services department services court mandates or endorsed programming at all points in the criminal legal process. CASES operates, alternative to detention (ATD) and alternative to incarceration (ATI) community-based programs that are facilitated by the NYS Office of Court Administration (OCA) judiciary. CASES interfaces with multiple stakeholders to support these ATD and ATI program options for thousands of defendants in multiple boroughs. We are dedicated to developing innovative programs that meet the complex needs of our diverse community and that align with our organizational values. Moriviv Residential Program is a 51 bed scattered site safe dwelling. The goal of this program is to provide short term, emergency shelter for people fleeing domestic violence. Program staff work with each participant to develop an individualized action plan that connects them to support services and helps them secure permanent housing. Supportive services include: counseling, support groups, case management, childrens services, referrals for educational/vocational facilities, job preparation and health promotion for women and children. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings. In addition to acting as VIPs primary coordinator to assure that all efforts are fully met and exceed contractual obligations (programmatic and administrative) and direct the day-to-day activities of risk management, safety/security, maintenance and client move-in/turn-over. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring 24/7 services to all program participants and may also be called upon for late night and weekend assistance.
