Excellent verbal and written communication skills over the phone. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. -Familiarity with CRM software (Elromco) is a plus but not required; training will be provided. -A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
