Job Description Prism Specialties Art (formerly known as "Art Recovery Technologies (“ART”)) handles mitigation and restoration services for various types of art works due to fire, water, mold, vandalism and other such damage for residential and commercial properties. We are part of a national franchise group (Prism Specialties) who also provide electronic restoration services (aka “ERS”), textiles ("TEX") and document restoration services (aka document freeze drying or “DFD”). While our territory is Long Island, Brooklyn & Queens (“ART of NYC & Long Island”), we can procure work in areas that are not designated territories by another ART franchise owner (i.e., Bronx). Responsibilities • Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools., • Provide steady and reliable support for all aspects of the LAN/WAN environment and its security., • Support and oversee backup and recovery systems to ensure business continuity., • Maintain company assets (physical and virtual) with accuracy and care., • Monitor and upkeep multiple production and development environments., • Provide structured support to end users through our ticketing system., • Ensure system reliability and uptime through careful planning and testing., • Recommend thoughtful system upgrades and improvements., • Manage software installations, updates, and patches using structured automation., • Coordinate with trusted 3rd party vendors for additional troubleshooting support., • Troubleshoot and maintain printers and related hardware., • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role., • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (Windows, Server, SQL, Dynamics, Hyper-V)., • Experience managing Office 365 Environments., • Exposure to automation and scripting (PowerShell)., • Ability to multi-task carefully while working as part of a collaborative team., • Outstanding customer service skills with a steady, patient approach., • Excellent technical documentation and written communication skills., • Experience with remote connectivity technologies such as Citrix, VMware View, Team Viewer, VNC, and Microsoft Remote Desktop., • Experience with ConnectWise and Automate (required)., • CompTIA A+ certification preferred, • Flexible hours are required, with the understanding that some workdays may exceed regular hours and occasional weekend or holiday work may be necessary., • Supportive, team-oriented environment where accuracy, consistency, and reliability are highly valued.

Monitoring, auditing and filing daily paperwork · Candidate will spend time in an office(Admin tasks) & Production Floor environment · Handle various inventory input and reconciliation. · Coordinate & Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time · Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy · Misc. admin tasks.
