Job Description General Contractor specializing in Multifamily rehabs/renovations looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager with the experience and skills to manage large scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing projects throughout the Metro NYC area. Master’s Degree preferred., • 5-7 years of real estate project management experience., • Experience with affordable housing / publicly funded housing strongly preferred., • Strong written skills, analytical and thinking skills., • Strong Project Management Acumen, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint., • Be a creative problem solver capable of fostering cordial and professional relationships with team members from diverse disciplines., • Have a tolerance for risk and multi-tasking., • Have a willingness to ask questions and learn new things and confidence to make suggestions, • Some prior experience in affordable housing development., • Ability and willingness to take full ownership of projects and work autonomously towards their fruition.
